I simply use to refuse many stocks into putting in my intraday watchlist, just because of simple reason 'it has low liquidity'. It is a mere statement based on what I usually hard but I have no data from my trading to back it up.
Liquidity in script provides information such as how quickly trader exchanging hand.
On daily basis, i m observation refusing such stock going against me, from the simple look in last month stock which I refuse to trade, from that many stocks has given good move.
Because of this, i will make separate trade matrix for stock which I was early refusing to trade because it has low liquidity.
This work will help me to find out whether my old belief is in true or false with having the hard data to improve my trading idea for future.
Since I haven't explained you about trade matrix yet. which I will definitely tell you in the future article when appropriate time will come.
I will just upload those chart on which I refuse to take action below my traded chart analysis, just for me to keep track of it in graphical form for future reference along with trade matrix which I m not uploading yet.
